You may be the boss and have great ideas. But great ideas are WORTHLESS unless you have a team who can make them real. Be a jerk and row your own boat! (And you wonder why good people are “quiet quitting.” It’s not about them. It’s about how they’re treated.) Give them what they need.

To be honest, I’m disgusted at the money made by “the guys a the top.” They may be smart, but their companies would be NOTHING without the managers and workers who “make it happen” on a daily basis.

Spend some time and enable your team – give them the knowledge, means and opportunity they need to do their jobs.
